Artissima 2026: 180 galleries from 35 countries for 33rd edition
Artissima 2026 is set to feature 180 galleries hailing from 35 countries across four continents. This 33rd edition will present both historical sections—Main Section, New Entries, Monologue/Dialogue, Art Editions—and curated segments like Present Future, Back to the Future, and Disegni. Among the highlights are 33 galleries making their debut and 60 monographic projects. A significant presence from Asia includes A+ Works of Art (Kuala Lumpur), IAH and Vohm (Seoul), among others. Latin American representation features A Gentil Carioca (Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo) and Piero Atchugarry (Miami). The New Entries section will showcase 17 galleries from four continents. The theme "Fancy: A Flexible, Acrobatic Body," inspired by Martha C. Nussbaum, accompanies a €300,000 Acquisition Fund from Fondazione Arte CRT. Awards include Premio illy Present Future and others, while the special project Moltitudini will highlight poet Laura Accerboni.
