Art Dubai's 2026 Special Edition Marks 20th Anniversary with Expanded Collaborations
The 2026 special edition of Art Dubai, marking its 20th anniversary, is scheduled for May 15 to 17 at Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai, under the esteemed patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. This event will feature over 75 galleries and partners exhibiting contemporary, modern, and digital art, with significant contributions from Alserkal Avenue, Art Jameel Centre, Barjeel Art Foundation, Dubai Collection, and Sharjah Art Foundation. Alexie Glass-Kantor will take on the role of executive director, while Dunja Gottweis will be the director. Nearly 20 nations will be represented, and entry will be free for all attendees. The program will include artist commissions from Khalid Al Banna, Hashel Al Lamki, and others, highlighting Dubai's importance in global cultural exchange.
