Art Basel Parcours 2026 Moves to Basel Trams

Stefanie Hessler, curator of Art Basel's Parcours sector, has relocated the 2026 edition from Clarastrasse to Basel's trams. The program will explore public space, colonial history, and artificial ecosystems through site-specific installations inside moving trams. This shift continues Hessler's focus on urban negotiation and encounter, following her 2024 move of Parcours from the old town to Clarastrasse. The 2026 edition will run during Art Basel week.
