Andrej & Andrej Refresh Pohoda Festival Identity with 3D Babies and Futuristic Typeface

festival-fair · 2026-10-14

The graphic design studio Andrej & Andrej, located in Bratislava and established by Andrej Barčák and Andrej Čanecký, has developed the third visual identity for Pohoda Festival, which is Slovakia’s largest annual music and arts event, marking its 30th anniversary in 2026. This new identity features a logo, a unique typeface, and a vibrant colour palette. The typeface revisits lettering styles from before 2010, while the logo showcases a 3D representation of the festival's famous twin babies, crafted in collaboration with 3D artist Matej Martinec. Inspired by 90s dance music videos, the colour palette enhances the design. Merchandise, created with Linda Straková, is manufactured in a GOTS-certified factory in Portugal. Founded in 1997, Pohoda Festival limits attendance to avoid overcrowding and has no VIP sections. The identity was unveiled in 2026.
