Patagonia and Thermore Launch Heyes Peak Collection with Recycled EVOdown Insulation
Patagonia has collaborated with Thermore to launch the Heyes Peak collection, which features insulation made from recycled PET bottle fibers known as Thermore EVOdown. This line consists of five styles: a jacket, a parka, a hooded jacket, and a 3-in-1 parka, all intended for use during transitional seasons. The 3-in-1 parka is sold in Italy and incorporates Thermore technology in its inner jacket, while the outer layer is crafted from NetPlus nylon ripstop, derived from reclaimed fishing nets. The 1.2 oz, 20-denier ripstop fabric is treated with a PFAS-free DWR finish. Production takes place in a Fair Trade Certified facility. Mark Little of Patagonia highlighted the collection's focus on warmth, softness, and durability while minimizing environmental impact through recycled materials.
