Zyva Studio Creates Vibrant Paris Office with Purple Palette and 3D-Printed Details for Comedian Artus

Zyva Studio and Sarah Nasrallah have transformed a historic Parisian space into the Artus Office, a production studio for comedian Artus that challenges conventional workplace design. The project employs a saturated purple color scheme and custom 3D-printed objects to create an environment promoting "joyful productivity." Instead of an open-plan layout, the studio features a sequential arrangement inspired by theatrical scripts, using archways as psychological transitions between different functional zones. Key spaces include a conversation pit with an ovoid chrome fireplace beneath a glass roof, purple thermolacquered metal desks with scalloped edges, and a kitchen with walnut cabinetry. The design incorporates a recurring half-circle motif throughout, from architectural partitions to furniture details, ensuring visual coherence. A monochrome cream bathroom with a donut-shaped washbasin provides a tactile conclusion to the spatial narrative. The workspace blends mid-century seating with bold geometric interventions, aiming to foster creativity by blurring boundaries between work and leisure. Digital fabrication techniques were central to producing bespoke elements like studded lamps and spiked vases, which populate the shelves as playful artifacts.
