Zig Zag Oyster Bar: A New Jewel Box of Brine in Brooklyn

This summer, Zig Zag Oyster Bar made its debut in Brooklyn, taking over the former Bar Meridian site. The establishment is operated by Nialls Fallon, Nick Perkins, and Leah Campbell, who are also behind Hart's, Cervo's, and Eel Bar. The restaurant features a U-shaped bar, sliding glass doors, and outdoor café tables. Its menu focuses on oysters and shellfish, showcasing a seafood tower that includes Prince Edward Island and Long Island oysters, mussels, clams, and shrimp. Additional offerings consist of anchodinhas, whitefish salad, and a crab dip made in-house. The bar provides a selection of drinks, including a Martini, Bloody Mary, and a non-alcoholic Citrus beverage.
