Zhenshi New Materials Industrial Park Phase I by YS-ONE DESIGN
The first phase of the Zhenshi New Materials Industrial Park in Tongxiang City’s Science and Innovation Zone has been completed by YS-ONE DESIGN. Spanning 450,000 square meters, this facility is set to begin operations in 2025, focusing on production and R&D for Zhenshi New Materials. The project is designed to showcase advanced industrial factories. Leading the design team is Ying Wangbo, along with Yu Kui, Wang Sheng, Chen Zhixu, Jiang Leilei, and Fan Hao. Construction details were managed by Jujiang Construction Group Co., Ltd., while Hangzhou Mujiang Design Consulting Co., Ltd. took care of the curtain wall design. Landscaping was handled by Hangzhou Jiulu Design, and structural design came from China United Construction Engineering Institute, First Division, with Zhenshi Co., Ltd. as the client.
