Zero-Carbon Cabin Camp Meeker by Renée del Gaudio Architecture
Renée del Gaudio Architecture has completed Camp Meeker, a zero-carbon cabin at the foot of Mount Meeker in Allenspark, Colorado. The 195 m² residence brings together multiple generations of a family who have visited the valley for nearly a century. Rooted in both landscape and history, the project looks toward the future and offers a model for the next century of cabin design in the region. The cabin features materials from Arrigoni Woods and Stuv, with engineering by No CO Solutions, interior design by Hunter Woodworking, general contracting by Coburn Development, and structural consulting by Correlate Structural. Photographs are by David Lauer. The project is categorized under Cabins & Lodges and Residential Architecture.
