ZEIA Studio Designs Non-Formal Kindergarten for Rroma Children in Romania

ZEIA Studio has completed a non-formal kindergarten in Romania, a 440 m² educational facility for Rroma children from disadvantaged families. The project, curated by Nina Vuga and led by architects Andra Ionel and Elena Zară, was initiated by Casa Bună Association and built with volunteer support. Photographs are by Mihai Rotaru. Completion is slated for 2025. The design, described as a citadel for children, reflects a collective effort to provide learning space for marginalized communities.
