ZDC's Winged Metal Installation OAS/S-AETHER Lands at Aranya Theater Festival
Zhide Architectural Design Consulting (Beijing) Co., Ltd. has introduced a striking public art installation for the 2026 Aranya Theater Festival in Qinhuangdao, Hebei Province. Named OAS/S-AETHER, this artwork is part of the 'Migratory Birds 300' program celebrating 300 artists over 300 hours of unique performances aimed at fostering sustainability and interdisciplinary dialogue. The installation features an intricate design of metal rods and illuminated boxes, harmonized with living plants. At its core, engraved copper plates project a beam skyward, symbolizing the synergy between nature and technology. This piece is ZDC’s third contribution to the festival theme "Gaze & Adventure."
