Zayma Residential Development by 0studio Arquitectura Planned for 2026 in Guadalajara
0studio Arquitectura has designed Zayma, a residential development comprising eleven units arranged across three articulated volumes around a central courtyard. The project, which began in 2022, is scheduled for completion in 2026 and encompasses a built area of 8,605 m². The courtyard functions as the primary spatial device of the scheme, serving not merely as a void between buildings but as the element that establishes relationships among the complex's various components. It organizes circulation, access points, sightlines, and shared spaces while introducing vegetation, natural light, and ventilation into the heart of the development. The project is located in Guadalajara and falls under the apartments category. Juan Antonio Corcuera and Miguel Angel Delgado serve as lead architects, with Rosario Martinez on the design team. Cesar Belio is responsible for photography. The work was curated by Valentina Díaz, and the project description was submitted by the architecture team.
