Yoshi House: Split-Level Brick Design by AR Arquitetos

Completed in 2024, Yoshi House is a residential development by AR Arquitetos, crafted by architects Marina Acayaba and Juan Pablo Rosenberg. This 407 m² residence is strategically positioned on a slope that descends towards the forest at the rear of the lot. The terrain has been transformed into split levels constructed from solid brick to serve the social spaces. Above these areas, a sleek engineered wood framework supports a horizontal roof that seamlessly aligns with the street level.
