Yan Kruchin has completed a 45 m² residential project in Xangri-Lá, Brazil, reconfiguring an existing beach house to add a ground-floor bedroom. The intervention, curated by Susanna Moreira, reinterprets the original layout where all bedrooms were upstairs, addressing the clients' need for a more accessible and integrated living space.
