Yan Kruchin Designs Accessible Beach House in Xangri-Lá

Yan Kruchin has completed a 45 m² residential project in Xangri-Lá, Brazil, reconfiguring an existing beach house to add a ground-floor bedroom. The intervention, curated by Susanna Moreira, reinterprets the original layout where all bedrooms were upstairs, addressing the clients' need for a more accessible and integrated living space. The project was executed by Soma Arquitetura as general contractor, with materials supplied by Acl Móveis. Photographs were taken by Alcindo Dedavid and Yan Kruchin.
