Villa Zelda, a luxurious five-bedroom home located in the former Le Provençal hotel on the French Riviera, is now on the market for $31.25 million. This Art Deco gem, named after F. Scott Fitzgerald's spouse, was once the favored dining spot of Winston Churchill and hosted a glamorous ballroom that attracted Hollywood celebrities, royals, and political figures. Purchased by Caudwell in 2014, the villa spans 6,500 square feet and includes five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a grand reception area, twin dressing rooms, a private swimming pool, and a cinema room. Esteemed guests have included Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, Elizabeth Taylor, and Pablo Picasso. Le Provençal ceased operations for renovations in 1977 and has remained closed since.
