Wiki World's Red Submarine Cabin: Modular Digital Wood Dwelling for Remote Landscapes
Wiki World has unveiled the Red Submarine Cabin, an inventive living solution described as "Plug-in for nature." This 20-square-meter structure, created by designer HAN Shuang, is expected to be completed by 2026. Utilizing Digital Wood technology, the cabin merges cutting-edge manufacturing with the concept of mobility. It adapts seamlessly to various terrains, including cliffs and woodlands, while maintaining an eco-friendly, performance-oriented design. The construction involves a collaborative effort by architects Mu Wei, Feng Zhaoxian, and others, with materials sourced from Finland and local producers. Fixtures are provided by ELLAI and insulation by Italy's Rothoblaas.
