Watermill Center Artist Residence by Roger Ferris + Partners

A new artist residency, the Watermill Artist Residence, has recently opened at Robert Wilson's Watermill Center in Water Mill, New York. Completed in 2021, the facility encompasses 10,834 square feet and was crafted by the architectural firm Roger Ferris + Partners. The residence aims to facilitate creative interactions among participating artists and visitors. Notable contributors to this project include architects Myron Mirgorodsky, Rob Marx, Jake Watkins, Petra Navratilova, and Ahmed Arastu. Curated by Susanna Moreira, the initiative also features photography by Alan Tansey, enhancing the program’s visual storytelling aspect.
