Wasl Tower: UNStudio's 302-Meter Mixed-Use Skyscraper Completes in Dubai
UNStudio has finalized Wasl Tower, a 302-meter tall mixed-use skyscraper located in downtown Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Developed for Wasl Group in collaboration with engineering consultancy Werner Sobek, the tower is situated near Sheikh Zayed Road and the Burj Khalifa. Covering an area of 167,733 square meters, this vertical community combines hotel, residential, office, and public amenity spaces. The design team, spearheaded by Ben van Berkel and Gerard Loozekoot, also included Frans van Vuure, Nick Marks, and numerous others. Ahmad Alnaji of SARAB provided the photography, while Nina Vuga received curatorial credit. Scheduled for completion in 2025, the tower aspires to enhance Dubai's city center with its unique presence.
