VOA Arquitetura Renovates Family Beach House in Praia da Baleia

In 2023, VOA Arquitetura finalized the significant renovation of Casa ADS, a family beach house situated on Baleia Beach in São Sebastião, São Paulo, Brazil. Spanning 785 square meters, this project was spearheaded by architects Beatriz Barbieri, Julia Zarouk, Marcella Gavasso, and Maria Pia Laloni, with curation by Susanna Moreira and photography by Rafael Renzo. Having served as the family's cherished retreat for over two decades, the house required updates to meet contemporary needs. The renovation focused on enhancing the connection to the landscape and adapting the space for modern living.
