85 Design has completed Villa TH Hoi An, a 610-square-meter residence on a 360-square-meter coastal plot at Nguyen Phan Vinh Street in Tan Thanh, Hoi An, Vietnam. The project, led by architect To Huu Dung with design by Nguyen Le Truong An and technical input from Thai Thanh Luu, navigates strict planning controls near the city's heritage core. The villa integrates family living, hospitality, and the surrounding marine landscape. Structural engineering was provided by SCie, with Antcons as general contractor.
