Its design draws inspiration from the graceful flight of birds above the Caribbean, incorporating sloped roofs, airy structures, and pathways that harmonize with the landscape. An entrance corridor, bordered by palm trees and reflecting pools, guides visitors to social areas characterized by horizontal lines and abundant natural light. The H-shaped layout connects various spaces and aligns rooms with views of the Punta Espada golf course. The ground floor boasts a grand hall and communal areas that appear to float over reflective water features, alongside entertainment amenities like a cinema and gym. Private bedrooms on the upper level are interconnected by green roofs, while a separate guest house echoes the main structure, showcasing architectural cohesion through the use of wood, stone, and neutral colors.
