Villa Crocodile: Swiss Residence in Abidjan by LOCALARCHITECTURE

LOCALARCHITECTURE has completed Villa Crocodile, a 305 m² residence in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, serving as the Deputy Head of Mission's home for the Swiss Embassy. The project follows the firm's earlier completion of the new Swiss Embassy in 2016. Designed by lead architects Antoine Robert-Grandpierre, Laurent Saurer, and Pedro Vieira, the building fulfills a dual function as a family dwelling and a reception space for diplomatic events. Structural engineering was handled by Thomas Jundt Ingénieurs Civils, with additional consultancy from Architectes Consultants et Associés (ACA), Weinmann Energies, and Rosol.
