Venta Arquitetos Designs Guest Pavilion in Rio de Janeiro

Venta Arquitetos has designed a guest pavilion in the Cosme Velho neighborhood of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The 80 m² project, led by architect Gregório Rosenbusch, includes two guest suites and a caretaker's residence on a steep 60% slope with significant tree preservation requirements. The site, already occupied by a main residence and leisure area, features a group of cherry trees at the top and native trees at the bottom. The design and construction timeline was constrained to 200 days. The project is scheduled for completion in 2026. Photographs are by Rafael Salim.
