Ultra Right Beer Faces Georgia Investigation as Customers Await Refunds

Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr's office has opened an investigation into Ultra Right Beer LLC after customers reported missing orders and refunds, according to court filings. The company, run by political consultant Seth Weathers under his "Conservative Dad" brand, launched in April 2023 as a "100 percent woke-free" alternative during the conservative boycott of Bud Light over a sponsored Instagram post by transgender actress Dylan Mulvaney. Weathers partnered with Big Kettle Brewing in Lawrenceville, Georgia, and claimed nearly $1 million in sales of $19.99 six-packs within two weeks. Deliveries lagged, and the Better Business Bureau gave Ultra Right an "F" rating, citing nearly 200 unanswered complaints. A special-edition "Fight" six-pack featuring Trump raising his fist after a July 2024 assassination attempt was promoted at $1 million in sales, yet many buyers say it never arrived. A Facebook group called "People Still Waiting for Ultra Right Fight Beer" counts roughly 400 members. Ironshield Brewing, which operated Big Kettle as a contract brewer, shut down in December 2023. Anheuser-Busch filed trademark opposition in 2024 over similarities to Michelob Ultra; Weathers called it "corporate intimidation," and the litigation continues. New Jersey police officer Rich Alan and Oregon transportation employee Paul Roberts, who spent $91.36 on three six-packs, say they received no response. Empty six-packs resell on eBay for up to $115.
