Ultra Arquitetura Transforms Porto Alegre Residence into Contemporary Home

Ultra Arquitetura has successfully completed the renovation and expansion of Casa Ouriques in Porto Alegre, Brazil. Led by architect Arthur Lauxen, the project spans 241 square meters and aims to modernize the residence while maintaining its original character. The design and construction drew on expertise from Bruna Feltes, Nicole Xue Fillmann, Isadora Olivieri, and Luiza Seabra, with civil engineering support from MBK Construtora. Key materials were supplied by various local vendors. Project curation was managed by Susanna Moreira, and the transformation was documented through photographs taken by Roberta Gewehr.
