UCHE YARA Releases Third Single 'Diva Team' from Debut Album 'BODYSCANNER'

Austrian artist UCHE YARA, based in Berlin, has released the third single 'Diva Team' from her upcoming debut album 'BODYSCANNER'. The track is accompanied by a music video that she directed herself, featuring red strobe lighting and electric guitar, creating a stage for femininity and queerness. The album, set for release on September 25, 2026, via the label goldendays FM, was born from a spontaneous session two years ago in her Berlin studio with collaborator Alex The Flipper. The hypnotic title track was created from demo fragments, live drums, and samples within twenty minutes. Her vocal performance is noted for its cool authority reminiscent of Grace Jones. The album explores themes of physicality, self-perception, connection, and belonging. In autumn, she will present the album live through the 'BODYSCANNER Experience' tour. UCHE YARA began performing right after high school and later supported the band Bilderbuch. She is known for crossing genre boundaries and experimenting with various instruments.
