U-Guide Space Design Atelier Completes 860 m² Casa Piedra Bay in Palmar de Ocoa, Dominican Republic

Casa Piedra Bay, an 860 m² hospitality and entertainment project in Palmar de Ocoa, Azua, Dominican Republic, was completed in 2025 by U-Guide Space Design Atelier. Diana Encarnación and Ramón Páez served as lead architects, with interiors by De Space and project management by Anarquitectura. Alejandro Alvárez photographed the house, and Valentina Díaz curated the presentation. The design team describes the scheme as treating the landscape as an active component of dwelling rather than a backdrop. Set in an arid coastal zone where mountains meet the Caribbean Sea, the composition emphasizes cross-ventilation, filtered sunlight, privacy and uninterrupted links to the surroundings.
