Tskneti Residence by MUA: A Constructivist Retreat Near Tbilisi
The Tskneti Residence, finished in 2022, covers 1,700 square meters and is located just 8 kilometers from Tbilisi in Tskneti. Designed by the architectural firm MUA, which includes Devi Kiutashvili, Gogiko Sakvarelidze, Natalia Nebieridze, and Maria Pelangia, it blends constructivist styles with modern aesthetics. Surrounded by rich temperate deciduous forest, the home is adapted for the area's four seasons. The team also featured Merab Mebuke, Elene Edisherashvili, and others. Progresi oversaw structural engineering, while Giorgi Marshanishvili and Erekle Mestvirishvili managed MEP engineering, with MBG as the general contractor.
