Tiffany & Co. Renews US Open Trophy Role; New Georgian Art Foundation; Bonhams Cat Art Auction
Tiffany & Co. has extended its role as the trophy creator for the US Open through 2026, a partnership that began in 1987. Each singles trophy is crafted in Cumberland, Rhode Island, requiring approximately six months and 66 hours of silversmithing. A Tiffany pop-up will be featured at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center until September 13. In Kvareli, Georgia, the Kvareli Foundation for Contemporary Art will open on October 31, founded by Jemal Inaishvili and designed by Midamo. Meanwhile, Bonhams will auction the Sandy Lerner Collection in four parts beginning September 30.
