This Is The End: otto artisti alla Casa della Memoria di Milano trasformano l'apocalisse in resistenza

The collective exhibition 'This Is The End' returns in a radically different form, now hosted at the Casa della Memoria in Milan (Via Federico Confalonieri 14). Organized by AND Ente del Terzo Settore, the show had previously been staged at the Villa Reale di Monza, Villa Bagatti Valsecchi in Varedo, and MO.CA in Brescia. For this Milan edition, the installation is specifically designed for the new venue, shifting the exhibition's perspective. While earlier iterations framed the title as an alarm cry, surveying crises such as wars, pandemics, migrations, climate emergency, artificial intelligence, overpopulation, and real estate speculation, this edition reinterprets the same thematic constellation through the lens of human resistance. The apocalypse remains in the background, but the focus is on the tenacity of not yielding. Eight artists offer eight perspectives on as many facets of this resilience, transforming the exhibition into a statement of endurance.
