The Roamer Project’s Third Edition Brings 12 Artists to Gredos and Madrid
The third edition of The Roamer Project, known as Gredos Edition 2026, has been initiated by collectors Ignacio Ortiz Estefanell and Victorino Rosón Diez-Feijoo from Colección Aldebarán, spotlighting the Sierra de Gredos area. In April, twelve artists from around the globe set up their works at historical landmarks such as the Cathedral of Plasencia and Castillo de Oropesa. Among the participating artists are Marco Laborda, Megan Wheatley, Kathryn Armitage, Holly Terry, Grace Mattingly, Daniel Roibal, Gena Milanesi, Rolankay, Viktoryia S. Djik, Felix Deschamps Mak, Lulu Stephenson, and Carmen Ceniga Prado. The installations were captured by photographer Carlota Sainz de Trápaga. The project will conclude in June with a presentation in Madrid, including a private dinner, backed by Fundación Corazón de Titán and sponsors like Abadía Retuerta and Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer.
