Terres terres Renovates 1970s Seaside House in 240 m² Project

Terres terres led the renovation of a 1970s detached house in a residential neighborhood near the sea, completing the 240 m² project in 2025. The design, curated by Nina Vuga, draws on local architectural features—pitched roofs, bold geometric forms, and touches of color—reinterpreted in a contemporary language. Lead architects Soraya Haffaf, Estelle Poisson, and Nicola Spinetto oversaw the work, with photography by Sergio Grazia. The project falls under residential architecture, renovation, and house interiors, and was developed by the architecture office Nicola Spinetto architectes.
