Terra Arquitetura Renovates 230 m² Apartment in São Paulo's Higienópolis
Terra Arquitetura has finalized the renovation of a 230 m² apartment within a historic building in São Paulo's Higienópolis neighborhood. Spearheaded by architect Fernando Kalili, with contributions from team members Beatriz Zattoni and Rafael Altit, the initiative sought to modernize the apartment's layout to meet contemporary living needs. The design leveraged the existing structure's advantages, such as spacious rooms and ample natural light, while rectifying the outdated finishes and overly segmented floor plan. Completed in 2025, the project was photographed by Pedro Russo and categorized under residential architecture and reconversion. It featured contributions from various suppliers, including Concresteel and Portobello Shop, with civil engineering support from PG2 Engenharia. Curated by Susanna Moreira, it was also published in Spanish on ArchDaily.
