TEC Taller EC Expands Paraiso Industrial Warehouse in Quito
The expansion of the Productos Paraiso industrial warehouse and office facility in Tambillo, located south of Quito's Metropolitan District, has been completed by the Ecuadorian architecture firm TEC Taller EC. This project, covering an area of 3,600 m², is expected to finish by 2026 and lies within an industrial area adjacent to cattle ranches and the natural beauty of the Andes. The design was led by architects Pablo Castro Guijarro and Roberto Morales Guijarro, along with their team members Cynthia Quintero, Juan Ruiz, Sofía Parra, Daniela Veintimilla, Daniela Ramos, Isabella Ricucci, and Nicolás Guijarro. Structural engineering was handled by Ospining, while JAG Studio captured the project's images, curated by Valentina Díaz.
