Tchoban Voss and Barcode Architects Win Competition for Dresden Administrative Center
Tchoban Voss Architekten and Barcode Architects have taken the top spot in the design competition for the Stadtforum, which will serve as a new administrative center in Dresden, Germany. The site, located at Ferdinandplatz, covers an area of 34,917 square meters and is set to be completed by 2025. The team is led by architects Philipp Bayer and Joerg Rudloff, alongside contributors like Tobias Frisch and others. Noack Landschaftsarchitekten will manage the landscape design, while Ingenieurgesellschaft Beton-Fertigteil-Bau mbH is in charge of structural engineering. Interior design falls to Planungsbuero Bellmann, with Zimmermann und Becker GmbH as the general contractor.
