TBA21 and C3A Present 'The Ecologies of Peace' in Córdoba

Running from April 26, 2024, to March 30, 2025, the exhibition 'The Ecologies of Peace' will be held at C3A Centro de Creación Contemporánea de Andalucía in Córdoba. This event is a collaboration between TBA21 Thyssen-Bornemisza Art Contemporary and C3A, with Daniela Zyman as the curator. It marks the conclusion of TBA21's trilogy of exhibitions initiated in 2022. The show expands the concept of peace beyond the absence of war, exploring connections and disruptions in our understanding of the world. Featured artists include Lawrence Abu Hamdan, John Akomfrah, and Fiona Banner, addressing themes of 'unpeace' such as the war in Ukraine, colonialism, racism, and environmental challenges.
