Talo Atelier wraps Align Studio in Mexico City with light-oak tambour panelling

Talo Atelier, a local company, has finalized Align Studio, a 200-square-metre wellness facility in Mexico City that features yoga, pilates, and various other activities. The interior, crafted by founder Tadeo López Toledano, aims to create a warm and centring atmosphere, utilizing light-oak tambour panelling that envelops both walls and ceilings. The layout includes a reception area, waiting space, smoothie bar, lockers, changing rooms, kitchen, terrace, and training rooms arranged for seamless circulation. Vertical oak slats enhance depth and texture, serving as orientation guides, while bi-fold partitions, also covered in slats, allow flexibility in the main exercise area. Locker rooms showcase warm-toned plaster, tiered seating, and cylindrical stone basins, with technical elements subtly integrated for a tranquil ambiance. Photography by Leandro Bulzzano.
