Super Void Space Completes Corner Villa in Mazandaran, Iran

architecture-design · 2026-09-17

In 2025, Super Void Space finalized Corner Villa, a residence spanning 450 m² located in Mazandaran, northern Iran. Miwa Negoro oversaw the project, with Nima Mirza Mohamadi serving as the principal architect. The design team featured Rana Siaghi and Shamim Parvane, while engineering and consulting were handled by Poolad Sazeh (structural), Nooraneh (lighting), and Tarang (other). Mohammad Hossein Hamzelouei captured the villa in photographs. The architects aimed to discover the simplest form, leading to a modest sloped structure that adapted to the climate, topography, and light interplay. They focused on three core aspects: the environment, the client's needs, and turning challenges into opportunities, all within the verdant landscape of northern Iran.
