Studio MUKA Transforms Historic Santa Monica Airport Terminal into NEON Headquarters

NEON has established its new headquarters in Santa Monica's historic airport terminal, a 1940s building revitalized by Studio MUKA with nods to cinema. The design fosters collaboration through grouped workstations, while conference rooms pay homage to NEON films such as Parasite. In a decade's time, Diane von Furstenberg showcased its first runway collection under the guidance of artistic director Henry Zankov, featuring a blend of archival pieces and modern prints. On November 20, a pavilion by Gerhard Richter, created in partnership with Selldorf Architects, will debut in Doha's MIA Park, displaying his artwork. Julian Casablancas is set to curate sound for 'The Singapore Masters Show 2026' at Opera Gallery. Kathleen V. Jameson has been appointed as the new director of Louisville's Speed Art Museum.
