Studio Krubka Blurs Indoor and Outdoor Boundaries at Novolife's Bangkok Headquarters
Studio Krubka, located in Bangkok, has finalized the construction of Novolife's new headquarters on the outskirts of the Thai capital. This concrete structure showcases curved roofs and expansive openings, allowing natural light and views of the surroundings to permeate the space. Co-founder Danai Surasa underscores the design's harmony between indoor and outdoor elements, while Soyploy Phanich points out that the project originated from Novolife's commitment to wellbeing and its impact on the workplace. The design promotes engagement with a verdant courtyard and features a muted color scheme. Locally sourced aggregates were used in the concrete, and a traditional bowed butterfly roof effectively manages rainwater. Surasa advocates for a modern interpretation of Thai architecture that aligns with the local climate and embodies the company's ethos.
