Studio Font Renovates Apartment in Mexico City's Hipódromo Condesa

Studio Font has completed the renovation of an apartment at Popocatépetl 35 in Mexico City's Hipódromo Condesa neighborhood. The 150 m² project, led by architect Raquel Font, was curated by Valentina Díaz and constructed by C2D. The Hipódromo Condesa, developed in the 1920s, is one of the first modern urban planning exercises in Mexico City, built on the former racecourse. Its curved, organic layout, structured by Avenida Ámsterdam, preserves the memory of the equestrian circuit. Photographs by Fabian Martinez document the renovation.
