STUDIO BLUR Completes Art Building at Cardenal Spellman School in Quito
STUDIO BLUR has completed the Edificio de Arte at the Unidad Educativa Cardenal Spellman in Quito, Ecuador. The 519 m² project, finished in 2024, serves as an educational art facility. The design team includes Aurelio Peñaherrera, Juan Sebastián Cardona, and Darwin Sánchez. Structural engineering was provided by Momentum – David Andrade, and mechanical/hydrosanitary engineering by HYDROGROUP. The contractor was STUDIO BLUR, with team members Aurelio Peñaherrera, Juan Sebastián Cardona, Darwin Sánchez, Luis Curay, and Guillermo Curay. The client is the Sociedad de Madres Salesianas.
