Studio B Architecture + Interiors Renovates and Expands Mid-Century James Hunter Residence as Panorama House

Studio B Architecture + Interiors carried out both the renovation and the expansion of an existing residence originally designed by the renowned mid-century architect James Hunter. The project, known as Panorama House, encompasses 7,840 ft² and was completed in 2023. Its distinguished heritage and innovative architectural solution earned it recognition as a Historic Monument during a rigorous approval process. The residence was designed for owners seeking a peaceful retreat, carefully balancing privacy amid busy trails and highly valued landmarks while embracing the natural beauty of its surroundings. Photography of the project was handled by James Florio. Materials and products used in the project were supplied by Veselbrand and reSAWN TIMBER co.
