Story Architecture designs Vesp House in Ho Chi Minh City for Vespa enthusiast

Story Architecture has completed Vesp House, a 160 m² residential project in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, scheduled for completion in 2025. The design was led by architect Nguyễn Kava, with contributions from participating architects Trần lê Trung and Phạm Như Hà Giang, and construction handled by Bảo Lộc Construction. Curated by Miwa Negoro, the house was commissioned by a young Vespa enthusiast who previously traveled extensively throughout Vietnam on vintage scooters with friends. As he prepared for marriage and family life, the homeowner requested a home that would accommodate his wife, parents, grandmother, and younger sister, shifting focus from travel to domestic living. The architectural concept originated from the homeowner's bedroom, reflecting his personal narrative. Photographs documenting the project were taken by Quang Dam. Materials for the construction were sourced from manufacturers An Cường, Vietceramics, and Đông Phương Alu&Glass.
