Splitscape Residence in Coimbatore Uses Section as Design Tool

SpaceDNA has designed Splitscape Residence, a 245 m² home on a compact 114 m² lot in Coimbatore, India. The project, curated by Miwa Negoro, prioritizes section over plan to create spatial generosity within a dense urban neighborhood. Key architects include Gowtham Srinath, Ranith Prahul, and Praveen A. Structural engineering was handled by Kishan Structural Consultants, with interior styling by Style by Nook. Products from Legrand/Bticino were used. Photography is by Studio f/8. The project is slated for completion in 2026.
