Split Mass Residence by K-Thengono Design Studio in BSD, South Tangerang

The Split Mass Residence, located in BSD, South Tangerang, is a project by K-Thengono Design Studio, under the direction of Kelvin Thengono, with an expected completion date in 2026. Miwa Negoro has curated the design, which harmonizes privacy and openness while maximizing natural light. Situated on a corner lot, the residence boasts framed views, courtyards, and outdoor areas. Natashia Angelina T. S. serves as the senior architectural designer, while Selwyn Kusuma and Sheren Pricillia Sanusi handle the interior design. Fachrudin Faruq is the project manager, with Gitasari Aprilia as the technical drafter.
