Spanning 517 sq m on a 1,000 sq m lot, the home showcases sleek lines and a vibrant connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. It features a courtyard garden by LF Paisagismo, complete with a covered dining area, swimming pool, and a pond surrounded by mature trees. Retractable doors establish a seamless flow between the dining room, TV room, and outdoor gourmet space. The interior boasts reclaimed wood cladding, chromium-grey cement flooring, and Itaúnas granite countertops, accommodating a kitchen, dining room, TV room, playroom, children's suite, primary suite, and utility areas, along with custom fixtures and furniture for a modern, minimalist aesthetic.
