architecture-design · 2026-09-28

Snøhetta has completed Sky House, the fourth and final clubhouse at Pavilia Farm, a residential development by New World Development Ltd in Tai Wai, Hong Kong. The four clubhouses, totaling 5,650 m², are scheduled for completion in 2026 and create a green lung and urban farm in one of the world's most densely populated cities. The project centers on nature, wellbeing, and collective ownership. Ohtori Consultants Environmental Design Institute provided landscape design, while Ronald Lu & Partners collaborated. Harold de Puymorin of HDP Photography captured the images, and Nina Vuga curated the presentation. The clubhouses fall under the categories of park, residential architecture, and community center.
