The innovative layout includes a versatile pavilion that harmonizes openness with seclusion, featuring an upper-floor section dedicated to the children, which comprises three en-suite bedrooms and a cozy sitting area. A striking staircase ascends to a circular rooflight that brightens the polished plaster walls. The L-shaped first floor extends to a one-acre property, complete with a terrace, pool, and lush garden. The master suite boasts a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom.
