Singelblok Residential Block by BureauVanEig and INBO Completed in Amsterdam-Noord
Hey! So, they just announced that the Singelblok project is done in Amsterdam-Noord, right by the Noord metro station. It’s a cool curved residential complex designed by BureauVanEig and INBO, covering 41,500 m². There are 401 homes, including rental units from Vesteda and Eigen Haard, plus some assisted living spaces from perMens. The complex has eight buildings and two towers, showcasing design elements from both firms, like cantilevered windows and unique brickwork. Nina Vuga curated it, with photos by Jordi Huisman and MAW Hart Nibbrig, and materials from Riboton. It’s expected to finish in 2025 and will feature mixed-use, residential, and coliving spaces.
